Anwa by the developer Omniyat is a tower of 44 floors and 225 apartments located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf. It is currently the tallest residential complex in the area. The project was launched in 2014 at an initial cost of AED 600,000,000 (USD 163,000,000). The tower is 90% complete in 2021. Studios, 1, 2 or 3-bedroom apartments can be purchased in the building. All residences feature large terraces and high ceilings. The minimum size of the apartments is 436 sq. ft (40.5 sq. m). All units have marble and Italian ceramic tile floors.
