    About Burj Royale

    The new high-rise complex Burj Royale is located in the Downtown Dubai area. It is currently under construction. The building overlooks the sights of Dubai – the Dancing Fountains and the Old Town.

    Construction of the complex began in 2019 when Emaar Properties was commissioned to develop the project. The general contractor is Al Furjan Contracting.

    The Burj Royale complex is a building with 58 floors. Buyers are offered the following apartment options:

    • Area from 55 sq.m. with one bedroom;
    • Area from 90 sq.m. with 2 bedrooms;
    • An area of 122 sq.m.with 3 bedrooms.

    On the 53rd floor there is a lounge area with a viewing platform.

    Apartments at Burj Royale are offered both for rent and purchase. All the rooms are finished with European quality materials. Kitchens and bathrooms are included..
