Golf Promenade

Developed by DAMAC Properties, Golf Promenade is located in Damac Hills near Trump International Golf Club. The project includes five residential complexes: Golf Promenade 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and each of the complexes includes two towers. Golf Promenade 1 is the only complex still under construction.

Golf Promenade offers studios, apartments, and townhouses with floor plans featuring one, two, and three bedrooms. Studios range in size from 388 sq. ft. (36 sq. m.) to 564 sq. ft. Golf Promenade is located near Hessa Street, which offers easy access to Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd. From there, residents can quickly reach other parts of the city by car. The nearest bus stop, Golf Promenade 5A, is located within a short distance of the complexes.
