Project Overview
Imperial Avenue is a new project in the center of Dubai by the developer Shapoorji Pallonji. The architecture of the 45-storey building contains unusual elements. The smoothly shaped structure has three towers of different heights. They are joined into a monolithic structure with an original three-level podium. On the first floor there is a lobby of 929 sq. m (10,000 sq. ft). Above that are the grounds with landscaping and seating. Then the residential floors begin. The project has been underway since September 2016. As of May 2021, the façade has already been completed and interior finishes have begun.
Downtown Dubai is the pulsing heart of the city, steps away from Dubai’s popular attractions. Among them are the highest skyscraper Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall shopping and entertainment complex.
