The project was commissioned in 2008, and the general contractor was Belhasa Engineering & Contracting Co. The building is divided into three separate vertical zones, which are connected by a podium that includes conference halls, a shopping centre, restaurants, parking, a gym, and a swimming pool. There are a total of 225 residential units that are situated on floors seven through 21. Floors 23 through 46 are home to fully equipped, but not furnished, offices. Offices range in size from 5,366 sq. ft. to 43,190 sq. ft.
