About Al Sabkha

Al Sabkha is one of eight residential sub-districts of Al Riqa. It is located between Sheikh Khalid Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Street and 111 Street. The neighbourhood borders Al Ghafia, Al Nekhailat – Al Heerah, and Al Nuaimia.

Residential units include four- to seven-bedroom villas and building plots. Properties vary in style and architectural design. All of the buildings have parking, and some villas have swimming pools, Jacuzzis, and large landscaped areas.
