Al Majaz is one of four communities in Sharjah with waterfront access. The area was originally conceived as a project to attract tourists. Al Majaz is popular among families, which has led to the development of several educational institutions, such as Creative Home, Five Kids, Bluebells, Baby First Kindergarten, Al Mazaya Private School, Progressive English School, and Arabian Gulf School. There are bus routes that run through the area. The Al Wahda Street Car Parkway is located near the residences, and Sharjah and Dubai International Airports can be reached within a 15-minute drive of the community.
Al Majaz was voted Sharjah’s most desirable location for buyers and tenants in 2020. Waterfront properties that overlook the lagoon are particularly popular among investors.
