Millennium Talia Residences is the first hotel apartment developed by Deyaar in the urban area of Al Furjan. The estimated handover of Millennium Talia Residences is scheduled for Q4 2025. As part of the promotion campaign, Deyaar is offering a 2-year, post-handover payment plan, a complimentary first-year service fee and a 50% DLD waiver fee.
