Ajman Uptown is a residential neighbourhood located near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The project is being developed by Sweet Homes Group and is 80% complete. There will be a total of 1,504 properties, including villas, townhouses, and apartments. Approximately 350 residences have already been delivered, and the remaining units can be purchased during the construction phase. Villas feature a French architectural style.
Ajman Uptown is part of the larger Al Zahia development. It is adjacent to the residential areas of Al Heliow and Emirates City, as well as the industrial area of Al Jurf Industrial. There are plans to build a supermarket, a hospital, a school, five-star hotels, a shopping centre, a health club, and two mosques. It is an eco-friendly community, which attracts families with children. Erica is a sub-community with two- to three-bedroom villas. Acacia, Begonia, Camellia, and Dahlia are sub-communities with four-bedroom villas. VIP has a selection of premium five-bedroom units. There are also high-rise buildings with apartments and commercial spaces.
Upon completion, Ajman Uptown will be served by ground public transportation. In the meantime, residents can easily travel around using personal vehicles. There are plenty of parking areas. Villas and townhouses come with individual parking spaces, and high-rise buildings will be equipped with covered parking.
Ajman Uptown’s infrastructure will eventually include all of the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable suburban living environment. For now, residents can take advantage of facilities in neighbouring areas. Marhaba Al Jadeed Supermarket, Al Jasar Supermarket, The Seat Cafe, Yacob’s Farm & Camping, HELIO Cricket Ground, and Hortica Plant Shop can be reached within a 10-15 minute drive of the community.
The nearest major shopping centre, Leptis Mall Ajman, is situated within a 15-minute drive of Ajman Uptown. Al Bait Metwahid Hall – Hamidya Medical Centre, Winners Sports Club, Ladies Gym, Sheikh Khalifa Banquet Hall, Fazaa Stores Supermarket, and Desert Oasis Camps & Land Park are also located within a 15-minute drive.
Residents can take advantage of local schools. Woodlem Park School Ajman, Secondary Technical School, and Magic Castle Nursery can be reached within a 15-minute drive of the area.
