Rolex Tower is a 59-storey mixed-use complex located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The building has a modern architectural design that features turquoise glass patterned cladding, which exudes minimalism and elegance, and its height has been recognised with several elite awards. The project was developed by Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons in 2010. The tower consists of 31 floors of office space and 25 floors of residential units. There are two penthouses situated on the top floor that feature panoramic terraces. On the back side of the building, there is an entrance area that leads to nine floors of parking that are attached separately.
