Emirates Towers is a mixed-use complex located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The project was developed by Al Ghurair. Construction began in 1997 and was completed in 2000. The complex consists of two autonomous towers, and its unique architecture was designed by Hazel W.S.Wong. Emirates Office Tower is a 56-storey commercial structure with a height of 354 metres. The second tower consists of the Jumeirah Emirates Tower Hotel, which offers luxury properties that include one- to three-bedroom apartments. The buildings are united by the Boulevard Shopping Centre.
