The project was developed by Meydan Group, and the architecture design was implemented by AE7. APCC Piling Foundation Contracting was also involved in the complex’s construction. The façade was designed using a sandy brown colour palette. There are a total of 197 residential units, including one- to two-bedroom apartments that range in size from 917 sq. ft. to 1,528 sq. ft.
