Seascape — new launch in Dubai

Emaar Properties has introduced an exciting development in the picturesque area of Rashid Yachts & Marina. Called Seascape, the new complex will comprise 4 buildings, varying between 6 and 18 storeys, with a beautiful collection of chic apartments in 1–3 bedroom configurations. In addition, there will be 20 comfortable 3-bedroom townhouses with generous living and dining spaces.

Homeowners will be able to benefit from private balconies or terraces with a stunning view of Dubai’s longest swimmable canal pool. The initial cost for apartments in Seascape is AED 1,300,000 (USD 354,000) and for townhouses – AED 4,100,000 (USD 1,117,000). The developer also offers an 80/20 payment plan, which includes a 10% down payment.

At the same time, the envisioned neighbourhood of Rashid Yachts & Marina will boast a floating yacht club, a private beach club, a Venetian plaza and other flagship leisure destinations. Seascape in Rashid Yachts & Marina will join the Seagate development, which was presented back in June 2022.
