Rashid Yachts & Marina – new launch in Dubai

Emaar Properties, who is the largest developer in Dubai, has announced the rebranding of the Mina Zayed neighbourhood. The development is now called Rashid Yachts & Marina and is set to become one of the most sought-after addresses in the emirate, offering 3,071 residential units and a variety of premium leisure amenities. With a total area of over 3.7 million sq. ft, Rashid Yachts and Marina will become home to branded boutiques, a private beach club, a Venetian piazza, a floating yacht club, leafy parks and other exciting offerings. At the same time, the crown jewel of the waterfront development is the QE2 Hotel, which is the first and only floating hotel in Dubai.

The apartment complex called Seagate, is the first project of premium residences to be launched in Rashid Yachts & Marina. The residential development will encompass 4 towers (5, 6, 10 and 15 floors high) which will house a selection of sophisticated properties with 1-3 bedroom layouts and 4-bedroom penthouses. Due for handover in 2025, the upcoming residential project will be complemented by Dubai’s longest swimmable canal pool, a gym, a children’s play area and more.

Emaar Properties is famous for creating some of the most exclusive waterfront areas in Dubai, including Emaar Beachfront. This Miami-inspired area saw the launch of Address Residences – The Bay, which will have a range of branded apartments, penthouses and townhouses with full access to F&B venues, a beach pool, and a gym, among other resort-like facilities.
