Golf Greens — a new residential complex with views of the golf course

Developer DAMAC Properties has announced the launch of a new premium project, Golf Greens, in DAMAC Hills. The residential project will consist of 1-2 bedroom apartments with views of the golf course and total areas of 652 sq. ft to 1,644 sq. ft, as well as 2-storey, 2-3 bedroom townhouses. All residences will come with one or two balconies and some of the townhouses will even have their own garden.

As of Q3 2023, the starting price for property in Golf Greens is AED 984K (USD 268K). It is possible to buy full floors in the complex for a minimum price of AED 8.5M (USD 2.3M), saving the buyer 2 %. The developer is offering a convenient payment plan – 1 % payments per month and 20 % when construction is completed. Property handover is expected to take place at the beginning of 2028.

The residents of Golf Greens have access to premium amenities, designed for relaxation. These include an aqua garden, infinity pool, large swings, and golf simulation games. Additionally, residents will be able to use all the infrastructure available at DAMAC Hills: the Trump International Golf Club with an 18-hole golf course designed by Gil Hans, and a clubhouse with restaurants and a sports lounge. It’s also possible to take golf cart rides around the green hills and fairways.

Yet another exclusive amenity available in the community is the Malibu Bay wave pool, stretching out over 23,680 sq. ft and complemented by a snow-white sand beach. The DAMAC Hills community is also home to a 4-million-sq.-ft park equipped with themed relaxation zones, including a skate park, sports courts and a petting zoo. Not far from Golf Greens are several educational institutions such as Jebel Ali School and Blossom DAMAC Hills.
