The developer of the project is Ellington Properties and was launched back in June 2021. The approximate date of delivery of the complex is Q4 2023. MBR City is one of Dubai’s newest and largest mixed-use neighbourhoods. It features a 7-km artificial lagoon, a 14-km waterfront, 8.4 km of cycling and jogging paths, and many parks, supermarkets and educational institutions, including the prestigious Hartland International School Dubai and North London Collegiate School. Al Ain – Dubai Rd passes through the area, so you can easily access different parts of the city. The drive to Dubai International Airport is less than half an hour, and will take about 50 minutes to reach Al Maktoum International Airport. The key attraction of MBR City is the internationally-known Meydan Racecourse, where the world’s largest horse race, the Dubai World Cup, is held annually. It is also home to an equestrian museum, golf course and a multifunctional convention centre.
