Two-bedroom townhouses have a starting price of AED 1,000,000 (USD 272,000), and four-bedroom townhouses have a starting price of AED 3,100,000 (USD 844,000).

Three-bedroom apartments have the highest return rate of 7.3%. Two-bedroom apartments have a return rate of 6.9%. Studios have a return rate of 6%, and one-bedroom apartments have a return rate of 5.9%.
