Jumeirah Garden City is a residential complex located in the small Al Satwa district of Dubai. The developer of the community,which consists of 75 medium-rise buildings of different designs, is Meraas Holding. Construction of the complex began in 2017, to date about 50 properties have already been completed, and the rest are still under construction.
Jumeirah Garden City’s collection of properties includes studios and 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. All residences are fully fitted with plumbing, functional kitchens, built-in closets and panoramic windows. Fully furnished studios and apartments are offered for rent in the completed residences.
