Eden

Eden The Valley is a quiet residential area which is perfect for families with children. There are several public transport stops within 10 minutes from the community, and Dubai-Al Ain Road (E66) and Jebel Ali-Lehbab Road (E77) are in close proximity so residents will have quick and easy access to the rest of Dubai.

The main attractions of Dubai can be reached in an average of half an hour. Al Maktoum International Airport ,Palm Jumeirah, Ibn Battuta Mall and The Dubai Mall all takes less than 40 minutes’ to get to.There is an outdoor market within minutes of the complex, as well as supermarkets such as Greens, KP Mart and Al Maya. Dining options near Eden include some great names like Carluccio’s, The Hamptons Cafe, Maison Mathis and Man’oushe Street.

In close proximity to Eden are three very reputable schools, including Jumeirah English Speaking School, Ranches Primary School and GEMS United School. Near the complex there are also several clinics and hospitals, like the Dubai London Clinic The Villa, Emirates Hospital Day Surgery and Medical Centre and Mediclinic Parkview Hospital.

There is a great selection of universities to choose from, with the University of Dubai, Zayed University and Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, all within 20 minutes’ of the community. Academic City is also nearby, which houses many more prestigious educational institutions.
