The building’s architectural design is being implemented by Engineer Adnan Saffarini, and Tiger International General Contracting is serving as the general contractor. Construction of the complex started in 2019. The complex has a total of 558 residential units. Properties include studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments. Studios cover an area of 672 sq. ft.
