Al Seef Tower

Al Seef Tower is a 44-storey tower in Dubai Marina, one of the most prestigious locations in Dubai. The complex was built by Deyaar Development PJSC. Construction of the building began in 2003 and was completed in 2005.

In total there are 159 residential units. There are 47 two-bedroom apartments on levels 4 to 11,  and 96 apartments with three and four bedrooms on levels 12 to 35. Levels 36 through 43 are occupied by 16 luxurious five-bedroom penthouses. Properties range in size from 2,075 square feet. All units are equipped with a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with modern plumbing, walk-in closets with built-in wardrobes and spacious balconies. Al Seef Tower apartments are priced from AED 1,500,000 (USD 408,000).
