Hyatt Creek Height Residence is a project from Wasl Asset Management Group, a developer under the Hyatt hotel chain. It was commissioned in 2014. It consists of two 35-story towers and includes 405 apartments and 463 hotel rooms. Residents have access to all the benefits of the hotel’s infrastructure. Bars, restaurants, beauty salons, a spa, a gym, two swimming pools (one of them on the roof) and a children’s club are located within the complex. Public spaces and a parking lot for cars have 24-hour security and video surveillance. All apartments have panoramic windows overlooking Dubai Creek Channel or Healthcare city.
