Damac Hills 2 is a residential community in the DubaiLand district developed by the renowned DAMAC Properties in the UAE. All residences have modern finishes, built-in closets, panoramic windows, balconies, bathroom fixtures and equipped kitchens. The minimum size of the townhouses for sale with one bedroom in the residential complex Avencia is 69 sq. m. (743 sq. ft.). Other developments offer 3-bedroom residences ranging from 158 square meters (1,701 square feet) and are equipped with 3 or 4 bathrooms. The 4-bedroom townhomes are from 166 square meters (1787 square feet) and have 5 bathrooms.

The minimum price for townhouses under construction is in Avencia at a price of AED 627,000 (USD 159,000).
