The cost is influenced by the location of the duplex. Average price options from USD 1,088,000 (AED 3,997,000) are concentrated in popular projects Sadaf, Shams, Amwaj district of JBR and the Palm Jumeirah island. A more expensive duplex for USD 21,780,400 (AED 80,000,000) is available in Culture Village.
