Dubai Creek Harbour is an isolated part of the larger The Lagoons neighborhood, which is a modern coastal complex of six square kilometers. The area is a 10-minute drive from downtown, heading northeast, nestled on the banks of a historic section of the city, which is called Dubai Creek.  It takes about 17 minutes to get from the international airport to Dubai Creek Harbour.

Dubai Creek Harbour consists of nine neighborhoods and is a perfect example of an effective combination of ultra-modern living and a total care for the environment. It is located in close proximity to the Ras Al Khor Nature Reserve, which is home to more than 450 species of rare animals, including pink flamingos.

The neighborhood can surprise everyone with its variety of geometric shapes and design styles. When the central building is finally completed, this community should break all records for building heights. High-rise apartment complexes and business centers do not contradict the presence of cozy villas with private fruit and ornamental gardens and views of the bay. Several golf courses, tennis courts and other outdoor sports facilities are concentrated here. This contrast is one of the thoughtful features of Dubai Creek Harbour.

Dubai has overtaken many of the world’s major cities in terms of building incredible architectural features. The most significant of them is Dubai Creek Tower, which is unparalleled in the world and will become a landmark of the entire emirate. In Dubai Creek Harbour there are more than ten new residential developments. Among them are the premium projects Vida Residences, Creek Edge, Address Harbour Point, which are new high-rise residential complexes that are located next to the beach and the park.

The leading developer is Emaar Properties, an investment company founded in the UAE in 1997. It specializes exclusively in investing in construction projects in the Gulf region.
