About the project

In 2014 Deyaar Development PJSC presented its new project located in the business district of Business Bay. The Atria is a combination of residential and hotel complexes consisting of two almost identical towers: The Atria Residences and Millennium Atria Business Bay.

The Atria Residences, a 30-story building, is a residential area where one can purchase spacious apartments from more than 219 variations with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.

A studio at The Atria Residences currently costs up to USD 272,246 (AED 1,000,000) for 51.1 sq. m (551 sq. ft). The three-bedroom apartments, measuring 246 sq. m (2,650 sq. ft), start at USD 871,187 (AED 3,200,000).

Another tower, Millennium Atria Business Bay belongs to the Millennium Hotels and Resorts chain. The hotel complex offers vacationers 347 rooms with all the necessary amenities.
