The Metropolis Tower complex is a modern commercial building of 22 floors with beautiful panoramic views from the windows. The tower was designed by Deyaar, a Dutch company registered in the UAE and a leading regional real estate developer. The building is located in the prestigious Business Bay area, in close proximity to the center, next to the Dubai Canal. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2011. Metropolis Tower offers a full range of commercial real estate – 320 offices and a total area of 280,000 sq. ft (26,030 sq. m). Two duplex-type offices are also provided.
