Union Properties is one of Dubai’s leading real estate developers with more than 30 years’ experience. The developer was founded in 1987 as a private company and registered as a Public Joint Stock Company in 1993. Union Properties is headquartered in Dubai. The company has built a number of business and office centers in different areas of the city. Khalifa Hassan Al Hammadi, who succeeded Butti Omayr Bin Yusuf Al Mheiri, has been chairman since 2020.

The developer’s performance has been recognized with awards on numerous occasions. In 2005, Union Properties was named Real Estate Company of the Year by Arabia Business Magazine. In 2009 the developer received the international Superbrand Award.

Well-known in professional circles, the company received worldwide recognition after the construction of Index Tower in Dubai in 2005. It is an office and residential skyscraper with 80 floors. The first floors are occupied by stores, the next 30 are offices and the remaining floors are residential. In 2011 the American organization “Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Environment” named Index Tower the best high-rise building in the Middle East and Africa.

In recent years, the developer has been actively constructing residential complexes in different parts of Dubai. In particular, large-scale construction is going on in the young and promising Motor City district.
