About Shapoorji Pallonji International
Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) International is the international division of Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction (SP E&C) that is responsible for developing buildings, structures, and parks outside India. The company has designed and built hundreds of residential as well as commercial properties all over the world, including properties in Dubai.
One of this firm’s many constructions is Standard Chartered PLC. This is the building of an international financial company headquartered in London, England.
Another example of a famous construction by this organization would be the historic overseas bank building,Grindlays Bank. Its value is more than USD 2,000,800,000.
In 2011, developer Bloom Properties made a deal with Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast Corporation to build a mixed-use project in Abu Dhabi (UAE). Finishing on schedule, work on the site was completed in early 2014.

Bloom Central
Bloom Central is a 25-story complex that houses two projects managed by Marriott International Corporation: the 5-star Abu Dhabi Marriott Hotel with more than 300 rooms, and 65 individual Marriott Executive Apartments in Abu Dhabi City Centre. Also in the building are presented nearly 50 residences with two or three bedrooms, and about 6 thousand square meters of office space.
Imperial Avenue
Another project of the developer worth mentioning is Imperial Avenue. It is a 45-storey residential tower, located in the heart of the flourishing Burj Khalifa district in Dubai. This one-of-a-kind development is steeped in modern, luxury features. Some of these include:
- a rooftop landscape pool;
- a fully equipped gymnasium;
- thirteen high-speed elevators;
- a special playground for children;
- ample parking;
- gourmet restaurants;
- 24-hour security.
The cost of apartments varies depending on the number of bedrooms – AED 1,700,000-3,800,000 (USD 462,900-1,034,500).
