It is located in the western part of the Al Furjan district near Al Asayel Street and the Discovery Gardens Metro Station 2. The Estate Residence offers four- and five-bedroom villas ranging in size from 2,900 sq. ft. (269 sq. m) to 6,513 sq. ft. (605 sq. m). Units have individual plots and feature staff accommodations and parking spaces. The facades were finished using sand and cream tones.
