Glamz Towers by Danube is a new residential development located in the Al Furjan district. The project was developed by Danube Properties Development LLC, and Next Engineering Consultants oversaw the architectural design. The complex consists of two identical 18-storey buildings: Glamz 1 and Glamz 2. The towers were completed in 2019 and are connected by a common three-storey podium with parking, a swimming pool, a leisure area, and sports fields. Glamz Towers by Danube has a total of 426 residential units, including studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Units range in size from 390 sq. ft. (36 sq. m) to 1,173 sq. ft. (109 sq. m).
