Muweileh Community is the first multi-phase project in Sharjah’s suburban area of Muweileh. The residential community consists of nine plots that are divided into eight separate buildings and a community centre. There are a total of 440 residential units, 24 retail spaces, and other commercial units. The project was developed by Al Thuriah Properties. Each of the buildings consists of a ground floor, two floors of parking, and five residential floors with 11 apartments on each one. Properties include studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments that vary in size and configuration. Studios have a minimum size of 750 sq. ft.
