Our award-winning real estate agency Metropolitan Premium Properties is delighted to celebrate its tenth anniversary this week. The company started operating in the Crown Plaza Hotel in Festival City with just 2 people, and has since become Dubai’s largest real estate agency with a team of 400+ specialists. Offices of Metropolitan Premium Properties are scattered across some of the emirate’s most prestigious areas, including Business Bay, Emaar Business Park and Dubai Media City.

A new department called Penthouse.ae which specializes in ultra-luxury real estate upwards of AED 15M (USD 4M), has launched through Metropolitan Premium Properties recently, aiming to cater to HNWIs. In addition, in line with its expansion plan, the real estate agency opened an office in Sharjah. It also plans to open an office in Ras Al Khaimah later this year (2022).

Metropolitan Premium Properties witnessed an astonishing first half of the year, as it had reached the previous total revenue of 2021 during that period. Thanks to in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, the agency is constantly leading the rankings as the best-performing agency with major developers, such as DAMAC Properties, Select Group, Emaar, Meraas Holding and Dubai Holding, just to name a few. That being said, Metropolitan Premium Properties has obtained a few awards lately, including ‘Outstanding Performance’ from Emaar Properties in Q1 and Q2, as well as The International Property Awards.

According to Nikita Kuznetsov, CEO of Metropolitan Premium Properties, the company has managed to achieve such impressive success thanks to the hard work and dedication of highly-qualified employees and agents. The company prides itself on its impeccable organizational culture and works hard to create an efficient working environment.

The parent company of Metropolitan Premium Properties; Metropolitan Group has also received a number of prestigious accolades this year (2022).
