W Residences Palm

W Residences Dubai The Palm is an apartment complex located on The Palm Crescent, Palm Jumeirah artificial palm island in Dubai. The project by Al Sharq Investment, in collaboration with architectural consultant RMJM Dubai, was delivered in 2020 and features two separate 8-story zigzag-shaped buildings, W Residences Building 1 and W Residences Building 2.

The W Residences collection of properties features 104 residential units. Each floor of the building is a separate “mansion” with its own lobby and elevator. Floors contain two residential units with 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms, two exclusive penthouses or three duplex penthouses.
