Raya – new launch in Dubai

The largest listed developer in Dubai, Emaar Properties is proud to present one of the last new townhouse phases in Arabian Ranches III. Called Raya, the upscale development features a total of 240 high-end residences with 3 and 4-bedroom layouts priced at a minimum of AED 1.95M (USD 530K).

The Raya residences will comprise 2 floors, with a garden area, a garage, a terrace, a staff room and much more. Homes will also come in 2 design options – Modern and Classic, allowing you to customize your property, according to your own preferences.

Emaar Properties offers a 80/20 payment plan, including a 10% down payment. In this case, the final 20% is to be paid upon the scheduled handover of the upscale development in the second half of 2026. Prospective real estate buyers will be keen to learn that a lucrative 2% discount is given to Signature Diamond members of Emaar and to those who will conclude a deal valued at a minimum of AED 15M (USD 4M).

In the first half of 2022, Emaar Development, which is the build-to-sell property division of Emaar Properties, commissioned more than 3K residential properties in Dubai. During the same time, the real estate giant released a wide range of projects, including Greenview 3 in Emaar South, Talia and ORANIA in The Valley, Park Field in Dubai Hills Estate, Elie Saab II and Bliss II in Arabian Ranches III and Seagate in Rashid Yachts & Marina. That being said, the Talia and ORANIA developments alone will bring 638 upscale homes to the emirate’s property scene upon handover in 2025.
