Emaar Properties has just introduced Parkside Views, set against the backdrop of the record-breaking Burj Khalifa in the prestigious area of Dubai Hills Estates. You can take advantage of an attractive 90/10 payment plan, which includes a 10% down payment. During construction, 80% of the purchase price must be paid, whilst the final 10% instalment is due upon completion of the Parkside Views complex in August 2027.
