Haven – new launch in Dubai

Abu Dhabi’s largest developer, Aldar Properties, has presented its debut project in Dubai called Haven. The brand new release is situated in Dubailand and features an array of 3-4 bedroom Park Haven townhouses, 3-5 bedroom Serene villas and 4-6 bedroom Elite Haven villas.

As of Q4 2023, the initial cost for a property in Haven is AED 2.4M (USD 654K). The master developer provides a 60/40 payment plan for Park Haven townhouses and Serene villas, whilst a 70/30 plan is available for Elite Haven villas. The booking fee in both cases stands at 5%.

Haven will boast an abundance of high-quality amenities for all ages. Among them are reflexology paths, zen gardens, a nature trail, a wellness centre, a plunge pool, a basketball court, a picnic patch, a lagoon and more. To facilitate your daily chores, you can take advantage of multiple a la carte services. These include a move-in manager, private car wash, childcare, personal concierge, gardening and housekeeping.
