Golf Grand – new launch in Dubai

Emaar Properties has released the Golf Grand complex in the prestigious area of Dubai Hills Estate. Overlooking the Dubai Hills Golf Course, Golf Grand houses a selection of 1–3 bedroom apartments at the starting price of AED 1.4M (USD 381K). Emaar Properties offers a lucrative 90/10 payment plan, where the booking fee constitutes 10%. The completion of the premium project is scheduled for the beginning of 2027.
