Emaar Properties Unveils ELEA, KAIA, ELVA in The Valley

In January 2025, Emaar Properties, one of Dubai’s leading developers, unveiled plans for three new projects in the The Valley Phase 2: ELEA, KAIA, and ELVA.

ELEA features an exquisite collection of three- and four-bedroom townhouses nestled amidst picturesque natural surroundings. These residences range from 2,443 sq. ft to 2,841 sq. ft, with plots spanning up to 4,563 sq. ft.
