Sobha Creek Vistas is a new residential development in Sobha Hartland, Mohammed Bin Rashid City in Dubai. The developers of the project, whose construction began in 2018, are Sobha Realty in partnership with PNC Architects. Full completion of the complex is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2022. The two 28-story residential buildings, Sobha Creek Vistas Building A and Sobha Creek Vistas Building B, are located near the waterway and feature one- and two-bedroom apartments. All residences have panoramic windows and are equipped with a fitted kitchen, bathroom and built-in closet.

Al Ain – Dubai Rd passes through the area, so you can easily access different parts of the city. The drive to Dubai International Airport is less than half an hour, and will take about 50 minutes to reach Al Maktoum International Airport. The key attraction of MBR City is the internationally-known Meydan Racecourse, where the world’s largest horse race, the Dubai World Cup, is held annually. It is also home to an equestrian museum, golf course and a multifunctional convention centre.
