Azizi Riviera Phase 2 is the second phase of the Azizi Riviera development. It is a new residential community located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Azizi Riviera has a total of 69 residential units and two hotels, which are located along the crystal lagoon.
The facades of the buildings and the landscaped promenades were inspired by the architecture found on the French Riviera. Azizi Riviera is being developed by Azizi Developments and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. As of March 2022, 80% of the construction has been completed.
Properties include studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments. Studios range in size from 403 sq. ft. (37 sq. m) to 411 sq. ft. (38 sq. m). One-bedroom apartments range in size from 676 sq. ft. (86 sq. m) to 1,806 sq. ft. (168 sq. m).

Location
Azizi Riviera Phase 2 is located in Meydan One near the famous Meydan racecourse and golf course. Its location near Al Khail Road and Al Ain – Dubai Road provides quick access to Downtown Dubai, the airport, and entertainment facilities.
The buildings included in the second phase of the development border the Sobha Hartland area, which has various attractions, recreation areas, and educational institutions, including Hartland International School Dubai, North London Collegiate School, Chisel N Stride Fitness Studio, and Sia Garden, as well as various restaurants.
Meydan One will soon have a major shopping centre called Meydan One Mall, which will have a ski slope. Once completed, it will be larger than the Dubai Mall.
