The project is situated in the Meydan area and within close proximity to the racecourse and golf course. As of March 2022, 95% of the first phase of construction has been completed. The project was developed by Azizi Developments, and it is scheduled for completion in 2025. The development features a crystal lagoon with desalinated water, as well as several parks and promenade areas. The complex is near the Meydan One Mall, which includes an indoor ski slope.

Al Ain – Dubai Rd passes through the area, so you can easily access different parts of the city. The key attraction of MBR City is the internationally-known Meydan Racecourse, where the world’s largest horse race, the Dubai World Cup, is held annually.
