Azizi Riviera Phase 1 is the first phase of the Azizi Riviera development, a new large-scale residential area located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The project is situated in the Meydan area and within close proximity to the racecourse and golf course. As of March 2022, 95% of the first phase of construction has been completed.
The project was developed by Azizi Developments, and it is scheduled for completion in 2025. The development features a crystal lagoon with desalinated water, as well as several parks and promenade areas. The complex is near the Meydan One Mall, which includes an indoor ski slope. Once completed, it will surpass the size of the Dubai Mall.

Azizi Riviera Phase 1 is located in Meydan near Al Khail Road and Al Ain – Dubai Road, which provides quick access to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and DIFC within a 10-minute drive. The area offers a wide range of recreation areas and entertainment venues.
The nearest educational facilities include two schools in the neighbouring community of Sobha Hartland, which can be reached within a 10-minute drive of the complex.
