The structure features a podium connecting the two towers, on which a recreation area with a swimming pool is located. The building belongs to the Emaar Beachfront complex. The project was launched in 2018. Work on the improvements is ongoing, but anyone can buy or rent apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms. Emaar Properties is the official developer of the project, but the architectural implementation is by Rice Perry Ellis. The main contractor was Al Basti & Muktah LLC, while the construction work was performed by NSCC International.
