Suntech Tower is a 10-storey office complex located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The project was developed by Sun and Sand Developers and was commissioned in 2011. The architectural design was implemented by Model Engineering Consultants. In 2011, Suntech Tower received an award from Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority for the best-completed building. In 2012, the complex received another award from Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority for the best-maintained building. Office spaces range in size from 539 sq. ft. to 1,310 sq. ft. Units are available to buy and rent. There are two types of offices: fully equipped and sectional.
