The project is owned by developer Ribbon of Light Trading and consists of two separate 16-storey buildings that feature modern architectural designs. The complex was commissioned in 2012, and the architectural planning was implemented by Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants. The ground floors are home to retail stores and offices, while the remaining floors are reserved for studios and one-bedroom apartments. Residential units range in size from 520 sq. ft. to 935 sq. ft. and have panoramic windows that overlook landscaped areas and townhouses.
