Time Place Tower is a residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina. It was commissioned in 2008. The height of the building is 158 meters. The number of floors is 35. The developer was the company, Abraj Constructions. It was planned to install the highest sundial on the tower, but the idea was not realized.
The project provides for 289 residential units, including apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as 6 villas and 4 penthouses.
Spacious rooms have panoramic windows and large balconies overlooking the surrounding area.
The one-bedroom apartments in Time Place Tower are more popular than other types of properties and range in size from 690 to 900 sq. ft (64.10-83.61 sq. m). The units include bathrooms, a pantry or a guest room. Two types of kitchens are offered, open and closed, depending on the category.
