The KG Tower residential complex is located in the developed coastal area of Dubai, Dubai Marina. KG International FZCO and Atkins Dimensional Engineering Consultant were the developers of the 65 meter tall, 20 storey building. The complex was completed in 2007. Its irregular shape and cream-blue façade create the impression of a ship sailing at sea, and make the building unique against the background of the district’s skyscrapers. KG Tower has a collection of 68 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Spacious residences with maid’s quarters, built-in closets and balconies overlook the marina and Dubai’s coastline.
