The residential complex includes two freestanding buildings, Dragon City Tower 1 and Dragon City Tower 2. Their construction began in September 2018. They are expected to be commissioned in Q4 2021. The developer is Nakheel Properties. Ali Mousa & Sons is acting as the general contractor on the project. The towers are planned to be 37 floors high. The project includes stylish 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments starting in size from 594 square feet. Each has spacious balconies and panoramic windows overlooking the skyline of modern Dubai.
