Project Description
Golf Place ̶is a complex consisting of luxury villas by developer Emaar Properties. The complex is currently under construction. The project was launched in January 2018. It is scheduled to be completed in 2021. It is part of the Dubai Hills Estate community. According to the master plan, four-, five- and six-bedroom villas will be built here. We expect to put a total of 351 properties from this complex up for sale. Each villa will have a private garden, recreation room, garage, spacious balcony, large living room and study. Most of the villas will have a view of the golf course.
There are plans to build a shopping center, community pools, playgrounds and schools, as well as paving biking trails and landscaped paths in the Golf Place complex.
All villas are finished in oneof three styles: modern, elegant or modern. The properties range in size between 5100 ̶ 9,900 square feet. Properties at Golf Place start at AED 7,250,000 (USD 1,974,000).

Location
Golf Place is located close to Al Khail Road (E44). From there it is just a 20-minute drive to the famous Dubai Mall and the luxurious Burj Al Arab. The Palm Jumeirah artificial island can be reached in 25 minutes and The Walk JBR promenade in 30 minutes.
Golf Place has excellent transport links. It is located 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 50 minutes from Al Maktoum Airport. Near the complex metro stations and bus routes will be built in the near future.
Economic attractiveness
Dubai Hills Estate, the first phase of the ambitious new Mohammed Bin Rashid City development, has an average gross yield of 4.82% for villas.
Real estate in the Golf Place complex is an excellent choice for investment, as it has enormous potential.
