About the project

Creek Rise is a premium development currently under construction consisting of two towers in Dubai Creek Harbour. It is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and state-owned developer Dubai Holding. Construction of the complex was launched in June 2017 and will be completed in 2020. The architect of the project is DAR Consult.

Creek Rise consists of two freestanding residential towers:

  • Creek Rise Tower 1 is 36 stories tall;
  • Creek Rise Tower 2 has 46 stories.

The community’s real estate consists of 1-3 bedroom apartments with panoramic views of Dubai Creek Tower, Creek Beach, the parkland and the skyline of modern Dubai. The exterior of all the residences is contemporary in style with light sandy hues. All apartments feature fitted kitchens and storage rooms. Property prices start at AED 2,100,000 (USD 571,000).

In addition to the residential properties, inside Creek Rise are:

Location

Creek Rise is located in the newly developed beachfront community of Dubai Creek Harbour. The complex can be reached by private car as well as by public transport. The nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away.

The community is only a 20-minute drive away from the world-famous Dubai Mall. Palm Jumeirah Island and the famous Burj Al Arab Tower can be reached within 30 minutes. It takes just over half an hour to get to The Walk JBR, which has a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Dubai International Airport can be reached in about 25 minutes. The Swiss International Science School and Universal American Schools are a 20-minute drive away.

In close proximity to Creek Rise are Jameel Center for the Arts, Ras Al Khor Nature Reserve, the Dubai Dolphinarium, the marina and yacht club, a promenade with stores, and restaurants and entertainment venues.

Among the main attractions in the area are the Dubai Square shopping district, which will include 750,000 square meters of retail space and the world’s largest Chinese quarter, as well as the new Dubai Creek Tower, the largest tower in the world.

Economic Attractiveness

Dubai Creek Harbour is one of Dubai’s fastest growing tourist areas. It is home to both familiar resort attractions such as beaches, promenades, restaurants and stores, as well as the new Dubai Creek Tower and Dubai Square developments under construction.

Because of this proximity, properties in Creek Rise can be used for both personal and investment purposes. The yield on real estate in the area ranges from 4.35% per annum and depending on the class of housing can reach up to 5.2%.
