It is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and state-owned developer Dubai Holding. Construction of the complex was launched in June 2017 and will be completed in 2020. The architect of the project is DAR Consult. Creek Rise consists of two freestanding residential towers: Creek Rise Tower 1 is 36 stories tall; Creek Rise Tower 2 has 46 stories. The community’s real estate consists of 1-3 bedroom apartments with panoramic views of Dubai Creek Tower, Creek Beach, the parkland and the skyline of modern Dubai.
